Shipping:

All purchased items are sent within 1-3 working days. 

Free delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders over 150€

Delivery within EU: 6€

Delivery outside EU: 7€

 *Delivery within Lithuania: free!

Covid-19 has a huge impact on all businesses. harvoola is on the same boat, too. Please expect a delay of shipment due to Post Services issues that are global.

You will always get a tracking code where you'll see at which stage your parcel is.

There is an option to order Express Shipping (DHL or FedEx) for an extra cost. As the price differ depending on destination and package size, please contact us prior to placing an order (use our contact form or drop an email to hi@harvoola.com).

Returns & Exchanges:

We hope you'll like our products! However, if you’re not fully satisfied with the purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can exchange the product for another size or request a refund to the original payment method.

Additional notes for returns:

  • Refund includes the product costs, original shipping price will not be refunded.
  • We wouldn't like to refund for discounted items. If you'd see this as required, we'll pick it up via email!
  • Returned items should be shipped in original packaging or similar (to prevent external damages in transit)
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use - unless mutually agreed otherwise.
  • We strongly suggest to use a tracked shipping method with your carrier. Please understand that refund can’t be issued if a package is lost or damaged in transit. Better safe than sorry!
  • Return shipping costs are covered by a customer - unless mutually agreed otherwise.
  • If exchanging an item, we kindly ask a customer to cover our shipping fee.
