Shipping costs:

Delivery within EU*: 6€

Delivery outside EU: 7€

Free worldwide delivery on all orders over 150€

*Delivery within Lithuania: free!

Shipping options:

We use international post services for shipping & You will always get a tracking code where you'll see at which stage your parcel is. The exception is with Canada & Australia where you will not be able to see the tracking updates as soon as the package leaves the country of origin.

There is an option to order Express Shipping (DHL or FedEx) for an extra cost. As the price differ depending on destination and package size, please contact us prior to placing an order via hi@harvoola.com.

Shipping time:

All purchased items are sent within 1-3 working days

Delivery time depends on seasonality (longer in December) as well as on global events and force majeure (outbreaks of Covid19, strikes in airports, etc.)

Standard delivery time*:

Asia: 8 - 20 business days

Europe: 5 - 15 business days

Canada: 8 - 20 business days

Australia: 15 - 30 business days

The United States: 8 - 20 business days

Returns & Exchanges:

We hope you'll like our products!

However, if you’re not fully satisfied with the purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can exchange the product for another size or request a refund to the original payment method.

We're here to answer any of your questions or concerns, please drop us a message.

Additional notes for returns:

  • Refund includes the product costs, original shipping price will not be refunded.
  • We wouldn't like to refund for discounted items. If you'd see this as required, we'll pick it up via email!
  • Returned items should be shipped in original packaging or similar (to prevent external damages in transit)
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use - unless mutually agreed otherwise.
  • We strongly suggest to use a tracked shipping method with your carrier. Please understand that refund can’t be issued if a package is lost or damaged in transit. Better safe than sorry!
  • Return shipping costs are covered by a customer - unless mutually agreed otherwise.
  • If exchanging an item, we kindly ask a customer to cover our shipping fee.
